Self-Portrait: Week 4!

I finished my self-portrait this week. I really enjoyed working on this piece! This was my first time doing a self-portrait or even really attempting to portray a face accurately, so this assignment definitely posed a challenge. Starting it was very overwhelming, but the piece came together quite nice as I got into the groove of things. This combined with the last piece introduced me to the world of charcoal, and I am super stoked that I now know some ways to apply the medium.
