Home project week 1

This weekend, I had some health issues, so I didn't get to make as much progress as I hoped. I am painting a portrait of Cooper and Finn. We had a nice photoshoot in the 70 degree weather. I have not yet decided if I want to paint them in tutus and tiaras or robes and crowns. I posted a poll to my Instagram to see other opinions, even though I probably will ignore which one actually wins. While I wait for feedback to come in, I gridded up my canvas. I am really excited to start sketching the piece out after I make my decision. I am also throwing a picture of one of my cats, Pippen, into this post. He liked sniffing leaves outside with us.
